Flame is along for the ride every step of the way. From the first production meetings discussing location, time, theme, and colors, we take an active role in the conceptual development of the event. Utilizing our industry resources, we are able to help with set design, sound, lights, video cameras and screens. Often times, clients lean on us for a detailed day-of-show schedule down to the minute, including everything from linen deliveries and cocktail hour, to the moment the last item is sold and the cleanup commences.

PROCUREMENT
Everyone wants the best auction, filled with items that garner oohs-and-aahs from the moment they are presented. The undescribable feeling of watching the bidding reach unfathomable numbers because the item is just THAT good! We are more than eager to help procure items when resources are running low. Sometimes it's a bottle of wine to accompany the weekend getaway, or maybe a limousine ride to start off the exotic trip, or how about a hotel room to cap off the dinner and dancing. Whatever the need, Flame will certainly step-up and reach into our bag of tricks to help make it happen!

POWERPOINT
The auction has begun and all the attention is on the auctioneer and the PowerPoint presentation on the screens. In order to grab the attention of the room, and garner interest in the items, every auction needs PowerPoint slides to knock their socks off! Here at Flame, we create PowerPoint presentations like Chihuly creates glass art. Playing off the theme of the event, and the colors, we work closely with the auction coordinators to deliver a handful of concise and effective slides for each auction item. Additionally, we have been called upon to create sponsor loops thanking the sponsors for their contributions, and aknowledgement loops recognizing the hardwork of all involved.
